The TenderVera Cloud community is a professional space for tender professionals to learn, share, and grow together. To maintain a high-quality environment, all members must follow these rules.
1. Be Professional and Respectful
Treat all community members with respect. Professional disagreements are welcome; personal attacks, harassment, or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated.
2. Stay On Topic
Keep discussions relevant to tendering, procurement, bid writing, and related business topics. Use the appropriate channels for different types of content.
3. No Spam or Self-Promotion
Unsolicited advertising, spam, or excessive self-promotion is not allowed. If you wish to share a relevant resource or service, seek admin approval first.
4. Protect Confidential Information
Do not share confidential tender documents, pricing information, or proprietary business information belonging to other organisations.
5. No Sharing of Login Credentials
Your TenderVera Cloud account is personal. Do not share your login credentials or allow others to use your account.
6. Report Concerns
If you see content that violates these rules, report it to the admin team. Do not engage in public disputes.
7. Consequences
Violations of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community at the discretion of the admin team.
